Join Squarespace and C4Q for #GivingTuesday

The web should be a diverse place populated by diverse individuals and their ideas. This sort of inclusion is important not only to Squarespace and the tech industry, but to the world at large.

This year, on #GivingTuesday—a global day of generosity that champions goodwill over consumerism—we’re partnering with Queens, New York-based C4Q (Coalition for Queens), a coding boot camp for adults that increases economic opportunities for underserved communities through technology.

To support their mission, we’re donating $70,000 to help C4Q achieve their goal of increasing economic opportunity in Queens by transforming the world’s most diverse community into a leading hub for innovation and entrepreneurship. We’re also furthering their mission by launching the second iteration of givingtuesday.squarespace.com, where beginning November 29, you can learn about some of C4Q’s graduates. We’ll feature one student per week until the end of the year, sharing their inspiring stories and boosting their professional profiles. Through this collaboration, we hope to develop a diverse tech community and provide a platform where individuals within that community can thrive.

Finally, we’re expanding access to technology by giving 20% off Squarespace websites and domains purchased on November 29 with the offer code GIVINGTUESDAY.
