Here are some of the new features included in Squarespace Analytics:
Overview - Designed to give you a clear picture of how your business is doing, this dashboard focuses on seven Commerce KPIs, including Revenue, Units Sold, Conversion Rate, Average Order volume, and Revenue Per Visit.
Traffic Sources - Learn which websites, social networks, and other marketing channels are driving interest and sales with Traffic Sources. You can drill down into each channel to see how valuable each source is to your business, allowing you to make informed decisions about your marketing strategy.
Purchase Funnel - Take a closer look at your sales funnel and draw insights on how to better convert shoppers into buyers. Purchase Funnel is a visual report that shows you how many visits result in purchases, where customers are dropping off, and how changes to your site affect conversion over time. You can also use this panel to analyze if a specific change--like offering free shipping or updating product images--made a difference in conversion.
Abandoned Checkout - Track how often customers leave the checkout page without making a purchase and how site changes affect conversion over time. This panel tracks the success of your Abandoned Checkout emails, so you know how many checkouts were recovered as a result of automated emails.
Device Filtering - Identify buying trends and filter performance metrics by Mobile, Tablet, Desktop, or Other to better understand how visitors from different devices affect your business.
