As we look back on 2014, we’re proud of all that we’ve accomplished this year:
Our team grew from 211 to 422 employees, opened up shop in Portland, and signed a lease for our new NYC headquarters. We were also honored as the 3rd best Medium Place to Work in the U.S. by Fortune Magazine.
Squarespace 7 introduced the largest update to our user interface in years. Along with it came 15 new templates as well as integrations with Google Apps, Getty Images, Xero, and more.
We debuted our first-ever Super Bowl ad – and will be back at the Big Game come February 2015.
Our customer care team now answers more than 100,000 email tickets from hundreds of thousands of paying customers every month. And that’s not counting live chat!
E-Commerce was added to every price plan across Squarespace, and we’ve made significant investments in the robustness of our tool for larger merchants.
In addition to refinements to our suite of iOS apps, we made significant progress on the Android platform by launching Squarespace Blog and Note for Android.
